Noah's name means "one who comforts and brings rest." How can you comfort someone today? Bring ื ืื (relief) into the life of someone who is suffering.
3. Choose: Coat or Furnace?
Will you be a "tzadik in a fur coat" who only cares about himself, or a "tzadik in the furnace" like Abraham who sacrifices for others? Find a way to sacrifice to help someone this week.
4. Build Your Inner Sukkah
Like the Sukkah and Noah's Ark (both = 91), create a sacred space in your life where ืืืื and ืืื ื - Mercy and Judgment - combine to protect you. It can be a prayer corner, study time, or simply a moment of daily connection.
5. Study in the "Serpent's Mouth"
Jacob established houses of study in Goshen - in the darkest place. Bring the light of Torah into your darkest places. Study when discouraged, pray when tempted, speak Torah in difficult places.
