Water and the 15 Values
Water covers more than 70% of the planet. The course notes that its formula H₂O (2 hydrogens to 1 oxygen) has the ratio 2:1.

H₂O: H₂ = 2 hydrogen atoms, O = 1 oxygen atom. Ratio 2:1.
י (10), creator of the upper world, spiritual dimension; ה (5), creator of this world, material dimension. י + ה = 10 + 5 = 15.
10 ÷ 5 = 2: the yod is double the heh, as hydrogen is double oxygen.
The two letters together are worth 15, but, according to the course, their ratio of forces is 2/3 for the yod (spiritual dimension) and 1/3 for the heh (material dimension).
According to the course, H₂O is a divine signature: water covers 70% of the Earth; the human body is 70% water; its chemical ratio 2:1 reflects the ratio of the letters י-ה; it unites the spiritual (2) with the material (1).
