The Letter Vav
The vav came forward because it is in the Name, where it joins the two hehs.
It was answered: you are the link, not the beginning; you join what exists, you do not bring it into being.
Its value is six: the six days, the six directions, the six orders of the Mishnah.
In Hebrew the vav is the word “and”: it joins words, sentences, things.
The answer came: you are indeed the link, and precisely for that reason you cannot begin. You join what already exists. You will remain in My Name as the central pillar, the upright link from heaven to earth.
The vav is a simple upright stroke: a pillar joining what is above to what is below.
The vav placed before a word means and. “Heaven and earth”: the vav says they are not two unrelated worlds.
Six: the six days of creation, the six directions of space — up, down, north, south, east, west — and the six orders of the Mishnah.
